Rustic Edge Floral and Decor - Wheaton, MN
Driving down main street drag in Wheaton, a western Minnesota town of 1400, what would you guess Rustic Edge is? From the outside, the fridged winter certainly doesn't help. I don't know that I've ever noticed it open. Then on the inside . . .
I certainly wouldn't have guessed flower shop. No signage outside says FLOWERS, there isn't even planter or anything with a birch pole/boughs/pointsetta. Inside I didn't notice any signage either for flowers, no glass display cases. In fact, after having gone in and taken a bunch of pictures, when I got back to the farm, I still asked, "So what does the store normally sell outside the holidays?" Flowers. Maybe year round the flowers presence expands?
Anyways, not much to say about the place, just adding it to the growing collection of posts about Wheaton. It was the 29th, the Monday after xmas, and note to post-holiday bargain shoppers, I didn't see that anything was marked down for sale. Hit the pharmacy across the street where I think all the xmas stuff was 40% off
