An honest to goodness Ben Franklin store! 

I didn't know they were still a thing. It's probably been forty years since I last stepped foot in a Ben Franklin. There were friends of the family who had a lake cabin up near Tomahawk, and going there was one of the highlights of those trips. I firmly remember their boy a couple years older than me buying "Synchronicity" by The Police on cassette. Been a long time

Chances are you’ll ask for something and be told they sell it over at their KJ's True Value a couple blocks away on the main drag, and vice versa.  I was looking for fridge magnets at the Ben Franklin and was told to go to their True Value.  At True Value I wanted string lights and was told to go to their Ben Franklin.  I was at the Ben Franklin and asked if they had batteries here or had to go to the True Value? The lady gave me a “listen wiseass” look :)

Good to see they're still around. It's a bit of a catch-all place where I bought said string lights, said batteries, art canvas', an ornament, a card, and two metal folding chairs among other things. Bunch more pics below
